I moved to Daytona Beach, FL to do Real Estate a few years ago, but Real Estate market drastically slowed down and now I am looking to do something else instead. I have always been around car business all my life, and I am a car enthusiast (BMW). My father used to buy and ship cars over seas 10 years ago, and now it is a big business again, since the dollar is weak compared to Euro. Anyway, what I wanted to do is lease a lot, get a license, and sell used cheap cars. A lot I wanted to rent was to be close to Orlando but not in the best location but cheaper lease and where I can store more cars. Then buy cars like Corolla, Camry, Neon, Focus, Altimas, etc under $10k and sell them over on EBay, Autotrader, and wholesale some to dealers that take them over seas. And I would get a small business loan for my inventory. I want to sell them a little over wholesale but do volume. Since now, you don’t really need the best location with help off eBay and Autotrader, people find you on Internet when they look for a car. ??

I live in a very rural area, so I that eliminates some possibilities. I could do an online business. Please don’t tell me to do ebay… I’ve tried it, and I don’t really care for it.
