   Let’s say if you have 100 Dollars cash right now you want to start business with then your capital is 100 dollars but if you apply for a loan of one 1000 dollars – it gets approved than your Financial capital is 1100 Dollars..

   Capital is the combination of your cash and pre-approved loans, but seriously this is not a place to get financial advice. Go talk to your bank…they can assist you better and answer all your questions.

   BTW, make sure you really are in contact with the SBA if you contact them via your computer…I had my credit card information stolen a few years ago and the people I dealt with online had me convinced they were following up on my SBA loan inquiries. I felt doubly bad since at the time I was in law enforcement and investigated online fraud…so you can see how easy it is to get ripped off online.
