Would starting a publishing house be a good idea for a small business? how do I go about starting it?

I can write well, but I have no idea how to get the business started! The idea is to publish novels (fiction), story books and comics. I don’t have too much money though…I’m gonna take a bank loan just enough to start the business. How do I find all the information that I require for this business? any information or suggestions is well appreciated. thank you..
